2. Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external laws, regulations, and guidelines governing administrative, financial, and legal operations.
3. Support the implementation of the University’s strategic policies and objectives, and measure the performance of strategic programs.
4. Implement an integrated risk management model to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks.
5. Promote awareness of the University’s strategy, processes, and regulations among staff and stakeholders.
6. Enhance beneficiary satisfaction by delivering high-quality and efficient services.
7. Improve productivity by establishing a clear system of roles, responsibilities, and lines of authority.
8. Strengthen and streamline administrative and technical processes to enable effective performance evaluation and operational review.
