About the Office
The Governance and Institutional Compliance Office was established pursuant to the University President’s Resolution No. (14717923), dated 18/05/1447H, to achieve institutional excellence and enhance institutional trust. This supports academic and institutional accreditations and contributes to improving the University’s rankings across local and international benchmarks.
General Objectives:
- Promote a culture of transparency and accountability across all levels of the University.
- Govern administrative and financial policies and procedures and oversee their implementation.
- Support leadership in making decisions based on accurate data and reliable performance indicators.
- Evaluate the performance of colleges and departments from a governance perspective and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Integrate with oversight, quality, and digital transformation units.
- Enhance institutional awareness of governance principles.
